The Careers in Health Accessibility Mentorship Program (CHAMP) aims to promote upward mobility by demonstrating that college and a career in health and medicine is accessible.

We have 2 goals:

1. Community Resilience & Upward Mobility: We believe in the ability of supportive networking and community development to overcome adversities and systemic barriers to education, especially in the fields of health and medicine.

2. Accessibility & Professional Development: We aim to decrease the barrier to access for high school students in terms of college education and health career development by decreasing the gap in knowledge and experience between secondary education and professional education.
